First class delivery option

For some last minute candle purchases, we can post your order with Royal mail first class or guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm. You can choose this at checkout for a small fee. Please let us know if you have any questions.

All of our packaging materials are either made from recycled materials or recyclable. We mostly use cardboard and paper and our candle containers can be recycled.

We dispatch items as quickly as we can. Often on the same day if possible. But as some items are made to order, it can take us a few days to get things perfect for you. As always, we are more than happy to help if anything comes up so please get in touch.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We offer gift wrapping on all candle orders for a small fee. You can add a gift message for free on any order.

Wholesale availability

We do offer wholesale on our products. Please message us for more information.

If you are buying more than 1 candle and need them in seperate packaging, please let us know in the notes to seller section at the checkout. We try to cut down on waste as much as possible so we package 2 or more items in one box as standard.

Please note that we do not accept returns for matches. This is for a security as we cannoy verify the safety of the matches once they leave us.

In the unlikely event that your candle arrives broken, you must make us aware withinn 24 of delivery. After that time, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement as we cannot be certain the item was damaged in the post.

A bit about us: We are a small family business operating from our Manchester workshop. Everything you see is done by us. We source all of our materials and ingredients and personally make each and every candle. We design all of our own labels and package everything ourselves.
