What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

SpiderQueensShoppe is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

What are the care instructions for this item?

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A size selection is available in all relevant listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the digital product please contact us for further assistance.

Will a physical item be shipped to me?

All of our patterns are digital files and are sent to the buyer via email. Only our apparel and merchandise are physical items. Take care to look over each listing description as they are clearly labeled whether it is a physical or digital item.

Can I sell completed works made from your patterns?

We do allow you to sell completed works made from our patterns, but we ask that you credit our shop SpiderQueensShoppe. The patterns themselves are not to be re-sold or redistributed.
