Does my rubber stamp purchase include an ink pad?

Ink pads are sold separately. We offer a variety of sizes and colors. Do you accept returns, exchanges or refunds for custom stamps, personalized return address stamps, or custom napkins?

Any issues or concerns with items must be reported within 10 business days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer partial refunds or replacements. We encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon receipt and contact us right away if there are any issues. Ink pads and stamp accessories may be returned if they remain unused and are returned in their original packaging within 10 business after receiving.

How do I use my custom stamp?

Make sure you're stamping on a flat, hard, and smooth surface. Avoid stamping on stacks of envelopes or papers. 1. Turn your stamp over in one hand so you can see the rubber. With your other hand, turn your ink pad upside down. 2. Tap the ink pad onto your rubber stamp so you can see where the ink is going. 3. Once the ink is evenly distributed, put your ink pad down and gently press your stamp onto the stamping surface. Ta-da! That's it! Hint: Never press your stamp onto the ink pad. This can put ink in places you don't want it!

Will I receive a proof before my order is made?

Most of our custom items include and/or have the option to receive a proof. Please see individual product listing descriptions for details on proofs or feel free to message us. Please note: It's important to understand that any errors arising from not choosing to receive a proof are NOT refundable. • If a proof is requested, it will be sent within 1-3 business days (or sooner) via Etsy messenger. • Keep an eye on your Etsy messages. You have 2 days after I send the proof to review. Hint: If I don't hear from you within this period, your order will move into production as shown in the original proof to avoid delays. Refunds will not be honored as a result of your proof not being reviewed. Thanks for understanding.

What types of images or designs can I use on my custom stamp or custom logo napkins??

Any images that you send to Lavena Creative Co. for reproduction must be your photo, drawing, or design. We will not reproduce any images without permission from the owner. Images sent through e-mail or uploaded to this website are assumed to be the property of the sender.

When will my order ship and be delievered?

Please check the "Announcements" section at the top of our shop page for details— including our current production time, rush order service information, possible shop closure delays, and more.

If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund me the difference?

The price you pay is determined by the item's cost at the moment you place your order. This means that if the item goes on sale for 20% off after your purchase, we don't retroactively refund previous customers for that discount.

What if my package is stolen or delayed/lost in traffic?

Lavena Creative Co. is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen — all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier, it's their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, we recommend obtaining the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
