A: Yes — We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

A: Yes, cancellations are accepted if requested within 2 hours of purchase.

Q: Are there any items that can’t be returned?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate items (like bikinis) or on custom/personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Because our products are made to order, cancellations are only possible if requested immediately after purchase — before the item enters production. Once production has started (usually within a few hours after the order is placed), cancellations, returns, or refunds are no longer possible. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage or print defect. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

This dress was sooooo comfortable! The workmanship is excellent. I put it on and it just flows and that’s including with side pockets! I had a few questions and they were answered within an hour or two. Lovely woman, beautiful dress. Wish her only success!

My problem was that I didn't fit into it. My fault. It was beautifully made. I'm older, much heavier than I used to be. Difficult for me to order sizes properly.
