Attention: This solder REQUIRES a hot torch.

1 dwt pennyweight Gold filled solder paste for any yellow metal brass, bronze and gold-filled.
1 penny weight or dwt is equal 1.55 grams.
Comes in a 1 cc syringe.
Gold filled wire not included.

If the metal you are soldering on, has a high zinc content, the heat of the torch will pull a silverish color to the surface. Zinc is a cheap additive to metal and is often seen in supplies that come from China.
*This solder has a flow temperature of 1250. Small projects can be soldered with a butane torch.
Melt temperature 1120.

The key with using solder paste, is to have a torch that is strong and hot enough to heat both items to be joined quickly to flow temperature. That way the flux that is mixed in the paste is not scorched off due to prolonged heating. Sometimes a project is too large for the torch strength, the solder will just crumble and not flow due to prolonged heating.

Use Caution with this product, do not inhale solder vapor. Contains cadmium.
Use only in ventilated location, or with a fan softly moving vapors away from face.

Solder paste must have the original label intact to be eligible for return.
