are the mugs food-safe or machine-safe?

yes they are but i do recommend hand wash for longtime useage.

What are the return conditions?

i pack the products carefully so that they do not break, but in case of a possible breakage or cracking, if you contact me immediately after the product is delivered, i can prepare a new one or i can send one of the existing products in the store free of charge. i do not accept refunds if the product is not liked or returned when the package cannot be delivered because you are not available at the address and due to the wrong address issues. so please be careful and review the photos carefully before purchasing.

After all the mugs are made, they are colored with underglaze and fired once at 1040 degrees, then they are covered with transparent glaze and fired a second time and they are ready for use.

all of the mugs are microwave and machine safe but hand wash is recommended.
