To preserve its appearance:

• do not water or spray the plants
• avoid direct sunlight
• keep away from radiators, fireplaces and air-conditioning vents
• avoid rooms with extreme temperatures or excessive humidity
• do not press, pull or bend the natural elements

The preserved moss may have a subtle, earthy scent when first unpacked. This is completely natural and usually fades within several days or, in some cases, a few weeks.

Each artwork is handmade especially for you. Due to the natural materials used, the finished composition may differ slightly from the photographs in color, shape and arrangement.

These small variations are not defects—they are a natural feature of handcrafted botanical art.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

Your artwork will be carefully secured and packed to protect its frame and delicate botanical elements during transportation.

Please inspect the parcel after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly and include photographs of both the product and its packaging so we can assist you.

RETURNS

As this is a handmade, made-to-order product, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or an exception is required under applicable consumer law.
