Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is not available at this time. Gift messaging is only available with some products due to print provider limitations. Invoices with pricing are never included in the packages so your gift recipient will not see the price of their gifts.

Orders are made to order and typically ship within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery dates shown on Etsy are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend ordering early. In accordance with Etsy’s Buyer Protection guidelines, refunds are not issued for carrier delays when an order ships on time and arrives within Etsy’s estimated delivery window.

Do you take Custom Requests?

I'm happy to make minor alterations to any of my existing designs, such as altering the text or adding a name to personalize it. You can also ask about putting an existing design on a different product type, color, or style.

Refund & Reprint Policy If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, I’ll gladly send a free replacement or issue a refund. Just contact me within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. No need to return the item. Please note: I cannot offer refunds or reprints if you choose the wrong size/color. ~ A small print placement variation (up to 0.5") is normal.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Please note that once your order has been submitted to our printing partners, we are unable to cancel it within their system. Thank you for your understanding.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your package has been in transit for more than 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) or is marked delivered but not received, please contact me for assistance. I can offer a one-time reprint for lost items. Please note that orders delayed due to an incorrect shipping address or customer error are not eligible for a free reprint. In those cases, I may be able to offer a discounted replacement.
