MERRYWEATHER is so named for the beautifu, celestine turquoise at its center, given an elevated focus by the shadowbox effect of its excellent setting.

This fantastic vintage ring has no markings, so it is difficult to say certain things about it, such as when exactly it was made, where exactly it was made, and who exactly made it.

I will say that the design has a strongly Native American feel, like so many pieces in silver and turquoise, but with a level of sophistication in its design and visual distinctiveness which eludes many less skillful silversmiths. The attractive scalloping of the face of the ring, as it converges around the beautiful, serene, slightly imperfectly, raffishly cut, turquoise of its setting, as well as the slight diverging of the shank at the shoulders.

In short, whoever made this ring was a true artisan, one of the greatest quality. p
