Vehicle Maintenance Log & Mileage Tracker (Google Sheets)

Hello! This is a vehicle maintenance log and tracking spreadsheet template. Some more details on the template are below but the general idea is to use it to enter maintenance performed on your vehicles and track mileage and costs as well as upcoming scheduled maintenance.

You can track maintenance on up to 1,000 vehicles, 1,000 different part types, and add up to 5,000 maintenance records.

The spreadsheet will keep track of vehicle details, mileage at service, and tell you when to next seek maintenance for each part of your vehicle. There’s also a tab to keep track of the costs of maintenance for each vehicle.

If you have any questions or suggestions on updates or additions to this spreadsheet or would like something different, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly at stevenstemplatess [!at] gmail.com!

PLEASE NOTE: This template was built in Google Sheets, so in order to access it you will need a gmail account which is free to sign up for one. Google Drive (where the template will be saved) is safe and secure for your information that you put in the sheet. You can access Google Sheets on Mac, Windows, Linux, ChromeOS, iPhone and Android devices! This will be instantly available for download as soon as you purchase.
