This EMDR kit has been wonderful! I did a training that was very thorough and offered a ton of information and materials but it was quite overwhelming, disorganized and hard to follow. As someone who needs organization and clear steps when learning something new, this turned out to be a perfect guide for me. I ended up laminating most pages and put them all in a binder so I could easily follow. I feel so much more confident using EMDR with my clients. Thank you for this amazing resource!
