Production and shipping time

⚪️ Production times for our print-on-demand products within the U.S. takes about 2 - 5 business days, PLUS shipping time. My print-on-demand products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! ⚪️ Production times for other items are 1-3 days, plus shipping.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIRTS Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or better yet, hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean. CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MUGS • Hand-wash only • Do not microwave. Don't heat liquids or food directly in the mug—it can damage the coating.

About our print-on-demand shirts

LuvSkyy tees are printed direct-to-garment (or DTG), meaning ink is applied directly to the shirt, similar to how you print on paper at home. With DTG there is no screen printing, no heat press & no vinyl. Because the ink is applied directly to the garment’s fibers it produces either a more vibrant image or an image with a vintage feel, depending on the fabric. Poly/blend garments will have a faded/vintage outcome with DTG printing due to their looser weave & combination of fabrics. This means that the fabric of the garment will often show through the ink (not opaque). The Bella Canvas 3001 is one of my favorites for clean/opaque look, while the heather color line of this garment does have a vintage look since it contains polyester.

Shipping and Delivery

We work with a professional print-on-demand partner to fulfill some orders. Please read below to understand how shipping and delivery are managed: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, the order may be delayed or returned by the carrier. In such cases, once the item is returned, you will be responsible for reshipment costs after we confirm the correct address with you. Please double-check your address during checkout. If you request a change after your order has entered production or shipped, we will try to update it, but changes are not guaranteed. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to confirm an updated one. You will be responsible for reshipment costs.

What if my order is lost in the mail? If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date, please reach out within that timeframe so we can investigate and assist. What happens if a package wasn't delivered to me, but the tracking states that it was? If the tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier. We’re unable to offer refunds or reshipments for orders marked as delivered by the shipping provider.

More about our handmade wood pieces

All of our frames are designed, milled and assembled in our workshop right here in the USA, with special attention to quality craftsmanship. Because they're handmade, no two of our wood pieces will be identical. Every piece of wood we buy to make our products has natural wood characteristics such as patterns and knots, making every frame unique. Are your wood pieces made to order? Our wood products should be in stock for fast delivery, however, there are times where we will have to make your item to order. Please allow 3-7 days for us to prepare your order before shipping, particularly during busy gifting seasons. We appreciate your patience.

What happens when I place an order for personalization?

If you ordered a personalized item, I’ll follow up within one (1) business day with any clarification questions and a proof for your review. If I don’t hear back within 24 hours of sending the proof, I’ll proceed with production as scheduled. Your order will be printed exactly as it appears in the personalization box during checkout, including spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and formatting. Please review your entry carefully before submitting your order.
