Congratulations on your engagement! We know there is a lot to do when planning a wedding. To ensure the best possible experience we strongly recommend leaving *at least* one week between the lattermost delivery date shown on the cart page and the last date you can receive the item. This is in case any unforeseen events happen that will allow us to help you. We do not recommend placing an order where there is less than a week between your wedding and the lattermost delivery date.

Order process & delivery

After we receive your order we will send a proof for personalised items, excluding greetings cards, before finalising your order. Orders will be dispatched by the date shown, or sooner if you have already agreed to an earlier dispatch or purchased the Rush Turnaround Option. The delivery dates shown are estimated. Please ensure the delivery date is at least one week before your event.

EU & Northern Ireland

We are unable to ship to the EU & Northern Ireland. Please consider shipping to an address in England, and ship onwards from there.

We offer a rush production on most products. View the link below for available options. At busier periods some options may not be available. Check with us if your preferred option is not available. https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/496587495/rush-my-order Please copy and paste the link into your browser - or find the Rush options in the 'Options & Upgrades' section of our Etsy store homepage.

Custom and bespoke orders

We can customise many of our products or create a bespoke order. Please get in touch with us with your requests.

We are able to supply frames on request. We have wooden table card stands available in our store.

How does the digital file option work? What kind of card / paper should I use?

We offer most designs as completed digital files and if available will be on the same listing as the printed version. We create the design exactly the same as when we print, but supply you with the completed digital file that is ready to print. The digital file is not a template and cannot be edited afterwards. The turnaround time for digital files is shown in the listing description text. We send a proof to check you are happy with everything before finalising the file. The files are ready at the same time, if you do not want to make any changes. The estimated delivery times will not change when ordering a digital file. ● Suggested card weights Table plans: 100lb / 260gsm or foamboard. Invites/Table/Place Cards: 130lb / 350gsm
