Custom and personalized orders

Yes! I love designing something personal for my clients that is unique. For the most positive outcome, please send me a photo of the room where you will be placing it, or the the colors you want to match. Custom orders must be paid in full before creation begins. However, I will make sure you are delighted with your creation prior to shipment. I cannot customize pre-made wreaths AFTER they have been purchased. If you would like to have a pre-made wreath customized, please message me PRIOR to purchasing. I am unable to do expedited orders at this time, but can usually turn an order around in 1-2 weeks.

Gift wrapping and packaging

My wreaths are shipped in boxes just a little larger than the wreaths themselves, and the boxes are great for storing your wreath when not in use. I primarily ship Fed Ex

Will my wreath be exactly like the picture?

Many of my wreaths are one-of-a-kind, so you will get the actual wreath in the photo. However, I sometimes have materials to make several similar wreaths. In this case, they will be very similar, but not exact. Colors and style will remain the same.

Do you take returns and exchanges?

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact me. All sales are final. However, if your product is damaged during shipment, please contact me withing 5 business days with photos of the damage. You may return the item in the original box and exchange it for another of equal value. Item must be in original condition (except for shipping damage) and include all the original materials.

I accept PayPal and Direct Checkout using a debit or credit card. Custom orders must be paid in advance before work can start.

All items are shipped Fed Ex or USPS. I can also ship UPS if you contact me prior to placing your order, however, shipping charges will be more expensive. If purchasing multiple items, they will be shipped in individual boxes to prevent damage. Shipping charges include SHIPPING and HANDLING. I use USPS and FED EX. Orders are shipped as soon as they are completed, Monday through Friday, to the address provided at checkout. Please check to make sure your information is correct. Desert Dreams Wreaths is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages.
