Most of the JustLeatherGR shoes fit true to size. They are available in EU sizes and whole sizes. If you wear half sizes, then you should go up to the nearest whole size. -Custom orders are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective. In the case that you will receive your custom order damaged or defective, you can only exchange the product for an identical new product (no refunds accepted).
-Custom orders are considered color changes instead of advertised product color, size 43 & 44, custom widths and half shoe sizes.
-Concerning orders that include more than 2 pairs of shoes, buyers are not able to return all the pairs, but should keep at least 1 of them.
-The orders that the buyer refuses to receive, are non refundable.

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

-All products are packaged with care and are placed in our signature boxes with a non-woven pouch. Would you like to make a gift to your beloved one? Then ask us to wrap your boxes!
