Do you accept refunds and/or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of the templates, after you purchase a template, it’s not possible to cancel, return or exchange the template. However, I am more then willing to help you with any issues you may have while editing the template. Please contact me with any issues/questions.

What are the download file types that are supported?

The templates are built in an online design tool called Canva. JPG, PNG, SVG and PDF file types are supported. WORD documents are not supported. • PDF for print shop, copy center or at home printing. • JPG for photo lab, print shop or to send digitally.

Do you offer printing services?

I do not offer printing services, but you can take the files to a local printing shop such as STAPES, Costco, FedEx, etc. to have them printed for you. This is the more economical option as you do not have to pay for shipping for a large parcel.

I am having printing issues.

All designs are created with 300 DPI resolution quality. I am not responsible for any printer setting issues you may have. If you are having printing quality issues we recommend you take it to professional printing shop. I recommend printing on heavy card stock. My personal favorite is 100lb - 130lb white card stock. Matte white foam board is my favorite for printing posters.

Do I need to download fonts or any software to make my edits?

No, you don't need to download any fonts or software for any of our designs. They will be available for you directly in your web browser as soon as you start editing your template in Canva.

What can and cannot be edited?

WHAT CAN BE EDITED: • Text can be edited for wording, font, color, size and placement • Most artwork can be edited for size and placement. • Backgrounds can be edited for color, deleted or new ones added • You can upload your own image and use as a background or other placement WHAT CAN'T BE EDITED: • Overall size of document • Orientation of document

Do you offer customizations?

Customizations to current designs may be possible, but need to be assessed on a case by case basis. Please get in touch if you have questions.

How do I access my template?

After placing an order, you'll receive a PDF download from ETSY. The PDF will contain access links which will direct you to the browser based tool (Canva) where you can edit your template. You DO NOT need to create an account to access the template in Canva.
