All of my templates are self-editable through a free website called Canva. You would simply create a log in if you do not already have a Canva account. I have chosen Canva as a means for you to edit your template giving you the freedom to come back to it at your leisure. Say your date or venue has changed, you can go back into Canva directly and pick up where you left off. The template does not expire and you can download as many times as you need. To simply edit the wording on the template is free. You can change the font, font color, and font size. If you decide to navigate to other features in Canva such as adding other graphics, trying to resize your template or using other premium features, please note that Canva will prompt you to pay

How do I download my order?

Your download is available to you shortly after purchase. You can find the download link in your Etsy account under purchases. Please note if you are on the Etsy app on your phone you will not see it and will need to be on a web browser or switch to a desktop or laptop. When switching devices make sure you log into Etsy.com first, then navigate to the purchases section so you can download your order. The link is not in your email unless you checked out as a guest. For users that signed in with your Apple account, the download will go to the email registered to that account. If you do not know the sign in details please reach out and I will provide the template link for you.

I clicked on the download and it is a pdf of instructions, I don’t see my template.

Your pdf download contains the actual link to the template. The first line that says click HERE will take you directly to the template on Canva. The pdf is also the instructions on how you can download to send as digital template or how to print. Please refer back to it when you have completed editing.

What am I paying for if I have to edit myself?

You are paying for my time to create, arrange, and organize the template to make available to you immediately after purchase for easy editing. Simply change the wording and save and download without the hassle of waiting for me to get back to you. For any clarification, I do not use existing Canva templates and sell them back to you. I create and/or source designs to create the final product using other softwares and/or purchases. I have chosen Canva as a means for you to edit the wording and still be able to have access to it later should you need to go back to it. If you prefer not to edit yourself, I do have an “edit for me” option for an additional fee.

Yes, I have an “edit for me” option for an additional fee. My turnaround time is 24-48 hours. Please navigate to the custom section of my shop, add the “edit for me” link in addition to the template you intend to purchase. You can either add your details in the notes section or send it to me via Etsy messages.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, I can do custom orders. Please reach out to me before placing an order to discuss your project as I may not be able to complete all custom requests. Once we have come to an agreement, I will then provide the correct custom link for you to purchase. I will send a proof within 48 hours before completing the order. Unlimited revisions are provided until you are satisfied with the final product.

Can I send my invitation digitally?

Yes, once you finish editing, you would save and download the invite as a png or jpg and send it in a text or email as you would a photo. Please refer to the pdf instructions or reach out to me via Etsy messages if you need step by step instructions.

Do you offer printing services?

Unfortunately, I do not offer printing services. However, you can print smaller templates at home, larger or all templates can be printed at commercial print shops such as Office Depot, Staples, FedEx, Walgreens, or any other print shop local to you. Canva also offers printing services, however you do not have to use this service you can use your own print shop.

Can I change the color on the design?

The designs on the templates are not editable only the wording. In some instances, certain words/numbers are not editable. Please refer to the listing description for any exceptions. Many of my templates are already provided in different colors, feel free to browse my shop to find what you need. Please reach out to me via Etsy messages if you would like to make additional design changes. Some requests may be subject to an additional fee.

Can I print my template in a different size?

Yes you can, however I would need to change the size for you before you print. If needing a different size other than what is stated in the description, simply send me a message via Etsy asking that I change the file size for you. I resize templates free of charge.
