How to Print:

After purchase you will be taken to a link to download. You will also receive an email with the link. Instructions for the Canva Template are included.

Print on your own printer, or bring to an office store (ie Staples, Office Depot etc) or photo shop(Walgreens, CVS etc). Printable cardstock is recommended for longer lasting product- however regular computer paper can be used if intending to laminate, also.

You may print as many copies as you need, however, this download is for personal use only and not to be shared, distributed or used for commercial products.

Note: Actual colors may vary as monitors display colors differently.

📌 Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products


All items in my shop are digital downloads and, per Etsy’s policies, cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once purchased. By buying a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Because of the instant nature of digital files, refunds cannot be granted under the following circumstances:

1. Difficulty Using the Template

All templates are designed to be user-friendly in Canva. Detailed instructions are provided, and I’m always happy to assist with questions. However, I cannot offer refunds due to learning curves with Canva or lack of experience with digital editing.

2. Purchasing an Alternative Template

If you change your mind and buy another template (from me or elsewhere), that does not qualify for a refund. Each purchase provides immediate access to your chosen design, and the digital file cannot be “returned.”

3. Not Being Given an Opportunity to Fix Issues

If you experience a technical issue or have a concern, please contact me right away—I will gladly help troubleshoot or provide a solution. However, requesting a refund without giving me the chance to resolve the problem is not permitted under Etsy’s policies.

4. Insufficient Time or Missed Deadlines

Customers are responsible for their own timelines when planning events. Because files are available immediately upon purchase, I cannot issue refunds for missed deadlines or if there was not enough time left before your event to use the template.

5. Failure to Read Instructions

Each listing clearly outlines what is included, what can and cannot be edited, and how to use the files. Refunds cannot be given if instructions were overlooked or not read prior to purchase.

6. Change of Mind

Deciding after purchase that you no longer want or need the template does not qualify for a refund. Instant digital downloads cannot be returned once delivered.

7. Choosing Not to Use the Download

If you purchase a file but decide not to use it, it still remains a completed transaction. Refunds are not available in this circumstance.

8. Template Not Meeting Expectations

I do my best to show accurate product images and descriptions in each listing so you know exactly what you are buying. If you are unsure before purchasing, feel free to contact me with questions. Refunds are not offered if the final product differs from what you envisioned but matches what was advertised.
