Can I use mockups for commercial purposes?

Yes! All mockups are available for commercial and personal which means you can use them on your website, store listings, ads and social media, but re-selling and re-distributing and sharing is not permitted.

Can I get a refund on mockups?

Due to the digital nature of these products, returns are not possible and refunds are only issued in the event of technical issues, at the seller’s discretion. Please confirm that you are using a supported application before completing your purchase. These mockups are not compatible with Canva, GIMP, Procreate, Photoshop iPad or any other unsupported design software. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the product description carefully and ensure compatibility with their chosen application and the correct sizing or aspect ratio before purchasing. Refunds cannot be issued for purchases made in error due to not checking this prior to purchase.

Do the mockups work on Canva?

No, mockups only work on the desktop version of Photoshop and the Photopea application. Mockups are not compatible with any other apps on desktop, mobile or tablet. Please check you have the correct application before purchase, unfortunately refunds will not be given if you have purchased without checking this, due to the nature of digital items not being able to be returned.

How do I make the mockups?

Mockups are made via a mixture real life photography and Midjourney/Adobe Generative imagery, depending on which mockups purchased.

How will I receive my digital files?

You will be able to access files via your Etsy account under Purchases, and a download link will be sent to the email provided. Please ensure you use an email at checkout that you have access to on your computer, this includes "Sign in with Apple ID" users. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure this, as this is where download links will be sent automatically by Etsy. Files will be sent as PDF or txt. this will include the link to your download.
