*** PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION, if you have questions or need help ordering please message me.***

PLEASE NOTE the maximum outer size for this listing is 24x36.

THIS LISTING is for the popular hand wrapped linen mat, in a SINGLE MAT STYLE. The mat still will have two mats, the underneath mat will not show and is placed underneath to create a professional finish. PLEASE NOTE Fabric weave and weight/texture varies. (LIGHTWEIGHT/FINE textured fabrics are noted on the color chart).

I do have another listing for double mats with your color choice underneath, if you want an undermat that shows around the inside rim, please see this listing:

https://www.etsy.com/listing/1382143858?ref=listings_manager_table

PLEASE READ FURTHER for instructions on figuring the size you need, since these are custom made hand wrapped I may double check and make sure the size is correct, and will send a link for deficiencies or refund for overpayment, whichever is the case..

ALSO NOTE: Mat width needs to be 1 1/2" or more in order to wrap these. THESE ARE BEST WHEN A LOT OF MAT IS SHOWING, at least 2" wide.....

FOR PRICING, PLEASE add two sides of the mat together, outer measurement, for example if you want a 16x20 Mat will be option "36" -- 16 plus 20

PLEASE choose the color linen you would like from the drop down menu, as well as the correct pricing option. If you need help, you can message me, I usually answer right away. *** IF YOU WOULD LIKE SAMPLES, please use this link to order small swatches:

in the PERSONALIZATION box I will need two things: 1. The outer size of your mat (glass size of your frame, THE ENTIRE PIECE OF GLASS, NOT the size as measured from the front of the frame.) and 2. The inside cut, taking into consideration any possible overlap. The mat will be cut the size you give me but I often make sure you have considered this when ordering and may send you a message confirming.

****NOTE: MATS CAN BE CUT ANY SIZE outer and inner measurement, I need this information in order to fulfill the order!! Please keep in mind when measuring that mats usually come 1/4" over the edge of artwork or paper edges., your mat will be cut the size you give me.****

LINEN MATS are best when they show a lot of fabric i.e. the mat width is wide, the absolute minimum for this in a large size is 1 1/2", for smaller sizes (under 12x16 or so) 1".

BECAUSE THIS IS A CUSTOM listing, there are no returns, please double check all your measurements to make sure they are correct before submitting your order.

Don't see the color you want? I CAN ALSO CUSTOM WRAP A MAT WITH YOUR FABRIC, if you are interested in this, please message me for further information.

ALSO, COLORS VARY ON MONITORS, if you are unsure about color, you may want to order samples. I can send up to 6 samples for cost of shipping, (usually around $5), please send me a message with the colors you want and I will send you a reserved listing for the postage.

THIS ITEM ships within the regular 3 - 7 business day timeline.

Shipping option is set to USPS Select only, some heavier items also ship UPS Ground (5-9 Days) If you prefer a faster method, I will need to give shipping price quote, please message me if you require this.

*******A NOTE REGARDING COMBINED SHIPPING.... System does not always combine shipping, I can either make you a special listing with combined shipping for more than one item, or will refund any overages when I ship your order.******
