You can buy with confidence in this company. My delivery arrived damaged. Most likely whilst in transit from the USA to UK. I sent a photograph to the seller, they not only replied within hours of my query, they processed the refund, no argument. I will definitely be recommending this company. I know this order didn’t work out for me but the after sales care was amazing. My only recommendation would be for the company to use not only a bubble wrap envelope but maybe another layer of protection if the book is being transported abroad.
