I now provide tracking with all orders. I use to ship through regular mail to cut costs but now I am feeling less stressed with tracking numbers.

Plushies/Dolls: *When plushies are soiled dab clean with damp cloth. *Do not submerge in water! * Do not wash in washer! These folks are made for displays and lite cuddles. *Avoid food and drink around Dolls. If glue is agitated and becomes visible use low setting on blow dryer 8" away from doll to gently turn glue translucent again. Be careful not to get the blow dryer too close, it can melt the felt! Maps: *To get creases out of maps for framing or displays, pin down corners and center with something heavy ( I use canned food) and use lowest heat setting on a blow dryer. Gently blow dry 5" distance from map for 1-3 minutes until creases fade. * Maps should avoid all liquids.

What if my Plush or Necklace hasn't arrived yet?

I am not responsible for packages running late or taking too long. I will no longer be providing refunds or sending out "another" when the issue lies with postal or buyers mistake. Examples: *Item is late after shipping. *The buyer provided the wrong address. *Buyer forgot to pick up from the post office and it sends back. *Item was damaged due to shipping. *Tracking shows it's been delivered. have tracking numbers in each transaction now thanks to recent scammers and if the item shows it's been shipped, it is out of my hands and I always have proof I have shipped out the items on my end. I am terribly sorry it had come to this and wish I didn't live in such a greedy world.

I do custom orders but you must go to the plushie section and order your plush in the commission listing. Full detailed description with a picture.
