To place a custom order, please contact us directly through Etsy messaging. Provide as much detail as possible about your design ideas, and we'll work with you to create a product you'll love. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier's website.

Can I request a design that is not currently in your shop?

Absolutely! We love creating new designs based on customer ideas. Send us a message with your concept, and we'll work with you to bring it to life.

What kind of print is on these items?

They are created with a Direct to Garment process, so the image is dyed into the fabric or heat pressed into the mug. So it will not crack or peel.
