To edit these forms you will be required to create a FREE Canva account then you can edit 100% of these templates (fonts, colors, change text, add your logo and photos, etc.).

Then you can save and print as many times as you need! I recommend saving as a PDF for the best quality when printed. I suggest using a bright white paper with a heavier weight such as 25lb for more durability.

Yes, Canva has an app, but I don't recommend it because it isn't reliable.
