I haven’t received my package. What to do? (Part 1)

Write to me! I try to give an answer within 1-2 hours if I am awake. If the track number of your parcel has stopped showing the movement of the parcel, it is possible that your parcel is at the customs. In this case, after your message about the problem, I will contact the postal service in my country (Ukraine) and find out at what stage of the way your parcel is and the approximate delivery time. Sometimes it will take a little longer for the package to go through all the customs procedures.

I haven’t received my package. What to do? (Part 2)

If the track number shows that the parcel has been delivered or is in your mail, but you have not received anything, write to me! I will contact the post office of my country (Ukraine) and create an application to search for this parcel. Such mail investigation lasts up to 2 months. Very often, after investigations, the package is found and the postman will bring it to you. If the parcel is not found, the post office sends me an official confirmation of the loss of this parcel. Then I will either resend your order or give you a full refund, of your choice.

Customs duty is an obligation and liability of a citizen in your country, so every international buyer should be responsible for any tax and custom duty incurred. Generally, the delay or failed delivery is often caused by the policy of different customs. Therefore, please double check your local customs policy carefully before purchase. I CAN NOT be responsible for any failed delivery that was related to the destination customs issue.

I ordered a few outfits a few days ago and it hasn't been shipped yet. If I buy more now, is it possible to ship them together to save on shipping?
