b. Number
c. Home, Away or Goalkeeper shirt (if not specified, home shirt will be chosen)
d. Full name for above the shirt

If opting for a current player, their full name and number will be used - please look at the squad list for accurate and up-to-date information.

You can also add your own name to the shirt, as long as you provide us with the same information as requested.

3. Add your print to the basket and go to the checkout.
