This saddle bag features a stiff, water resistant Oxford cloth canvas exterior trimmed with 100% high grade synthetic leather. An adjustable vegan leather shoulder crossbody strap is included so you can carry the bag as a shoulder bag or crossbody bag. 

It's completely cruelty-free, meaning that there's no harm to animals, or even use of animals, during the production. That means no animal products, animal testing, or anything of that kind. Vegan leather is an alternative to leather from cows, made entirely without animals. Our FairyMeDressUp bags are professionally screen printed. Ink colors are MOST vibrant on solid white colored bags, ordering a product color other than white, will make the design have a more vintage/washed, or muted look.

*** CARE INSTRUCTIONS***
We love our products. So, please:
DO NOT bleach,
DO NOT dry clean,
DO NOT iron 
Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from the bag. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

*** PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING ***
These shoulder bags are made to order, creating less waste than conventional manufacturing! Can take roughly up to 7 days for processing before shipped! Designed here in our FairyMeDressUp creative studio in the US once the order received the shoulder bags are made in China to our amazing production team, and will be shipping from China.
After printing is done, some quality checks are conducted to make sure that everything's ok with the design and the material.
All our progucts ship out in approximately 3 to 6 business days. All orders are processed as received, in order. Unfortunately, we do not offer rush shipping or processing. 
First Class shipping with tracking is 10-30 business days(after processing time)
This item ships from China.
We always work hard to bring you the items that well designed with quality material, so we think it worth to wait a little bit, you won't feel regret and will love your new bag!
Orders will be shipped/delivered to the address provided on your Etsy Order Invoice. Buyer is fully responsible if incorrect and/or insufficient shipping address is provided on the invoice.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages confirmed as Delivered by our carrier.
If you order other goods, those will arrive separately from the studio :)
 
*** RETURN & REFUND ***
Cancelations are only accepted within 12 hour of the order being placed.
After we push the order to our production team's system, it won't be possible to make any changes on it. So please make sure that you send me your cancellations or customisation requests (including the shipping address update) within 12 hours after your the order placement.
We don't hold inventory, so unfortunately it's not possible to make for us to accept the returns since each item is made-to-order and shipped directly from our partner to you. 
We only accept returns or exchanges IF WE sent out the wrong color or size or item is damaged. 
All sales and purchases are final. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message me before shipment.
