Do you offer customization/personalization.

For most of my items, I list the most commonly selected color options, but typically I can do a variety of other colors as well - just ask! As far as personalization, I don't specifically offer personalization, but if you have something in mind, reach out and I’ll see if I can do it. I love to hear your ideas!

Do you ship to countries other than the United States?

Yes, I can ship to areas outside the U.S. Please message me with your shipping information so I can provide an estimated shipping cost.

Are your shells/seahorses/sand dollars ethically obtained?

I have never killed an animal to obtain a shell or removed an animal from its home in order to take home a treasure. I do not support mass commercial shelling. I obtain shells by picking up vacant shells on the beach, buying “second hand” shells at yard sales, and using artificial imitations (such as my sand dollars, seahorses, and starfish). Also, as an added bonus, I have found these artificial imitations to be less fragile, which means they are better suited for home decorating.

What should I do if I did not receive my order?

If tracking indicates that your order was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbors to see if they received it. If not, please visit your local post office, and provide them with the tracking information. USPS has GPS tracking on delivery locations and can tell you the exact delivery location. They may be able to provide additional assistance to track down your order. ***Please note that delivery errors ARE NOT the fault of the shop/seller. Therefore, I will not provide refunds for a claim that an order was not received, if tracking shows it as delivered. I will happily do anything I can to help you track down your order, but unfortunately due to the number of scams, I cannot simply refund your order.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

I do my best to ensure your item makes a safe journey to you, but occasionally, accidents can happen along the way. If this happens, please retain all packaging, and contact me right away to figure out a way to make it right! You will be asked to provide photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the packaging.

What happens if I mark a item as a gift?

If you mark an item as a gift, be sure that the “ship to” address reflects where you would like the gift sent. Remember to include a personalized gift message, such as “Merry Christmas, Sam! Love, Mom”. I will add this gift message to a card that is included in the package. I do not “gift wrap” per se, but I always package orders attractively, while doing my best to maintain their safety during shipment. Please message me if you’d like to see a picture of the packaging as an example. Price information will not be sent with orders marked as a gift.

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns. Please be sure to read all item details and view all item photos before making a purchase. If there is something that is not clear in the description, please reach out to me. I typically respond within a few hours (sometimes minutes). Please see the question "What should I do if my order arrives damaged?"

How long will it take to receive my order?

This is dependent on processing time plus shipping time. Processing time is the time required for me to prepare your item prior to shipping it. Most of my items are processed in 1-3 days, but can vary by item. Processing times are noted in the specific item listing. Shipping times are calculated and updated by Etsy (not the seller). These estimates are based on algorithms used to calculate transit times according to known carrier delays and dynamic shipping data. Remember that although Etsy is adjusting these dates according to current trends, they are still ESTIMATES. If an order is needed by a certain date, please contact me before placing your order, for guaranteed expedited shipping options at your expense.
