3. Personalization. The seller often writes in personal messages to clarify details on personalization. Also, the layout of the product is sent for approval. And only after your approval the item is put into operation. If you do not provide a response within 48 hours, the seller reserves the right to send you the item without personalization.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. Buyers can return the item by contacting the seller within 14 days.
We accept returns, exchanges, and issue refunds for our own errors. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party parcel deliveries.
If a buyer mistakenly ordered a board with a different nail spacing or nail material, we are willing to discuss the situation and may accept a return or make an exchange. Note that the cost of returning the board to us and any further shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. ⚠Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.

5. Custom orders are non-refundable due to their unique and personalized nature. This policy ensures that each product meets your specific needs and cannot be resold.

The order shipment period is 2-5 days. If the order is individual, the shipping time may increase: 3-7 days.
Delivery time is 2-3 weeks on average. Delays are possible. Note, the seller is not responsible for the delay of the parcel. But is always happy to help you find out where your order is.
