The duration is usually 5-7 days, excluding the time spent on changes and revisions. For more complex characters, it may take longer. Feel free to ask me anything about your character!

Can I request changes during the process?

Yes, I provide a sketch preview for approval. Minor revisions can be requested at the sketch stage.

What file types will I receive?

You will receive a high-resolution JPG or PNG file 4000 x 4000px (350 DPI).

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

I do not offer full refunds once the sketch has been approved. Cancellations during the process may be partially refunded based on the work completed. No refunds or cancellations are allowed after the final file has been delivered.

How do I place an order?

Yes. I can create your character based on written descriptions alone. The more details you provide about appearance, personality, clothing, and equipment, the more accurate the final illustration will be.
