How do I edit the templates? IMPORTANT Info About Editors

Our templates are designed to be edited using either JetTemplate or Templett, both online template editors, so you can conveniently make changes from home. Please note that we use different editors depending on the design on COLLECTION BASIS, so if you're purchasing multiple templates from DIFFERENT collections, be sure to check which editor you'll be using for each one. It might cause inconvenience for you so please always review the details carefully.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS using the JetTemplate editor

• For place cards, you can only input names MANUALLY as there is no option to import CSV files or auto-filling data for the list of names. • Background Changes can only be made manually for each page as you cannot select multiple pages at once. • You won't be able to preview your prints before downloading, and you can’t download individual pages; all pages will be downloaded together. • You can REVERT to the the ORIGINAL template anytime (this is not available in the demo template) • You cannot import fonts

How will I receive and access my Template(s)?

After purchase, you will receive a PDF with detailed instructions on how to access your template(s). You’ll get an email, within a few minutes after purchase, from the online editor with an access link that will direct you to a page to confirm your details and set up an account. If you are using an Apple ID for your Etsy Account, this will prevent you from receiving the template access link from the online editor. Please use a VALID email address before you purchase If you already have an existing account, any additional templates will be automatically added to your template library.

Template DURATION, DOWNLOAD & Page LIMIT

• You have access to the template(s) for about 6 months or exactly 180-day period from the date of purchased and download each template for up to 30 times (JeTemplate) and 25 times (Templett) • For templates, like place cards & table numbers, where you can add multiple pages, each has a 20-page limit (JetTemplate) and 36-page limit (Templett). Don't worry, you'll be able to add a new template. Template Duration and download limit are applied to ensure that our designs are protected from unauthorized use.

Guidelines for Finding a Print Shop

When choosing a print shop, make sure to find one that will open your files using a PDF VIEWER like Adobe Acrobat — NOT on a professional design softwares (e.g. Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator) for printing. Our templates are created within an online template editor, so you can conveniently edit at home, and the exported files are not compatible with such design programs. This may cause font substitutions and/or layout issues. Using a standard PDF viewer will preserve the original design and formatting exactly as intended.

Guidelines for Editing Your Template

Our templates are designed and intended to be used as-is. To preserve the layout and design, we recommend making only MINIMAL edits—primarily replacing the placeholder text with your own content. Extensive changes may affect the overall structure, including symmetry and spacing. That said, we understand users may have different needs. You're welcome to personalize the template by adding more details and/or modifying the layout to suit your preferences. Symmetry and alignment can be adjusted at your own discretion. Important: These templates are not compatible for further editing with third-party design platforms (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and should only be edited within the designated editor.

Printing Method & Paper to Use

All our templates are only compatible for flat ink DIGITAL PRINTING. Not compatible for Cricut, Letterpress, Emboss and Foil printing. If you're printing it yourself, we recommend at least a 100lb cardstock. Generally, you may use a lesser thicker paper for inkjet printing. You might want to check your printer if it can handle thicker paper. PAPER: You may use a cardstock with subtle texture, cotton cardstock, matte cardstock or handmade paper if compatible. For a sleek and modern look, consider using a Classic White for clean, crisp, and timeless backdrop that works with any color scheme. Ivory & Cream will offer a softer, warm alternative to white while maintaining a contemporary feel for non-coloured designs.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. If you encounter any issues with your template, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you. If we cannot resolve the issue, we can process a return and refund within 14 days. Please note that your template access will be revoked after the refund.
