Yes. Every rug in our collection undergoes a rigorous professional cleaning process using traditional, eco-friendly methods. We also perform a detailed inspection and minor repairs (upcycling) to ensure they arrive at your home fresh, sanitized, and ready to be displayed.

It means we believe in sustainability. Instead of mass-producing new rugs, we find authentic, hand-knotted vintage pieces that need a second chance. We expertly repair and revitalize them. By choosing RugBay, you are supporting sustainable decor and preserving a piece of textile history.

6. Can I return the rug if it doesn't fit my space?

Yes, we accept returns. We want you to love your unique find. If the rug isn't the perfect fit for your home, please contact us within 21 days of delivery for return instructions. Buyer pays the return cost if there is no problem with the rug.
