Why is the tracking status unchanged since the package is dispatched out of origin country ?.

If you're opting for standard shipping, we use Pos Malaysia Registered Post and tracking number will be provided as we can manually track via our local post office on the delivery status. The only difference is that it's more time consuming that way. If you upgrade your shipping to DHL packages will be tracked up to your doorstep. Not being able to track your packages automatically is by no mean increasing your risk as our policy do cover for damages/ lost/ misplaced/ stolen packages. We just do not guarantee the exact shipping time unless it's an upgraded shipping.

do you ship to all countries?

We ship to all countries except those with trade sanctions in place with Malaysia. Therefore, we are unable to ship to Israel.

Why do you need to provide my phone number for shipping ?.

Post Office and shipping companies such as require your phone number to be on the package as it is the quickest way to reach you if they cannot find your location.
