HOW DO I ACCESS MY FILES?

TEMPLETT FILES: ***Please allow up to 10 minutes to receive the access link email*** • Check Your Email Just minutes after placing an order with a Templett seller, you'll receive an email ( from Templett ) with an access link. This email is sent to the email address attached to the order. Clicking the access link will take you to a page where you will need to confirm your account details and set a password for your account ADOBE READER DC FILES: You can find a link to your file on the email receipt from Etsy, or • Go to the top right corner of your Etsy page and click on “You” — a dropdown menu will appear. • Select “Purchases & Reviews”. Find your purchase, and click the blue button that reads “Download Files”

WHAT CAN AND CANNOT BE EDITED?

TEMPLETT FILES: You Can: • Edit ALL wording (unless noted otherwise) • Edit font style, size, and color • Change, delete, or add background • Add pages (great for adding backside) • Upload your own images You Can Not: • Change the size and orientation of the template • Edit the colors of the artwork (unless noted otherwise) ADOBE READER DC FILES: Only the highlighted text fields can be edited - please see each listing's gallery images for info on which parts of the text can be edited. You can edit font style, size, color, and line spacing

CAN I TRY THE TEMPLETT TEMPLATES BEFORE I PURCHASE THEM?

Each TEMPLETT listing contains a link to try the specific template before purchasing in a 'DEMO mode'. All of the editing features in the demo will be the same as the purchased version. However, you will not be able to save or download the template while using the demo. You can see if your text will fit your purchase as you want.

I AM USING ADOBE READER DC. MY EDITABLE FILE ISN'T WORKING CORRECTLY. WHAT DO I DO?

You may have an older version of Adobe Reader. You will need to close all PDF files, download the latest Adobe Reader at get.adobe.com/reader and then reopen the template and re-edit the file. Simply making updates to the older version of your system will not work. We would also suggest restarting your system after downloading the new software and before re-editing the PDF template. If you have Adobe Acrobat, be sure to select Adobe Reader DC as the software for opening/editing (Do not click the "Edit" button. Simply click in the blue highlighted text box you wish to edit. After downloading, be sure you have the template open in the actual Adobe Reader DC software and not in a web browser. The template must be opened in Adobe Reader DC.

Sorry, unfortunately, no, we are not providing custom design orders OR alterations to current designs at this time. Our files are completely formatted for editing by our clients. Please read our listings carefully (including all pictures) and ask any questions prior to your purchase.

WHAT CARDSTOCK DO YOU RECOMMEND USING?

It's best to print on thick cardstock. We recommend 100lb or more. Most home printers will comfortably print on 90 - 110lb card stock. For a wide range of cardstock, you can check out amazon.com or your nearby copy center such as Staples. If you're looking for specialty paper, we suggest visiting papersource.com, lcipaper.com, and cardsandpockets.com, as they offer a great selection.

COMMON TROUBLESHOOT QUESTIONS

** The Fonts Are Not Displaying Correctly** This is typically a browser compatibility issue. Try logging in using a different web browser. We recommend Chrome, as Templett is most optimized for Chrome. **My Template Is Not Downloading** If the download button isn't working after editing and saving your template, your session may have timed out. Refresh your browser to start a new session and try downloading again. **My Template Is Not Loading In The Sidebar** It's possible that this issue is related to your browser. Try logging in using a different browser. For the best experience, we suggest using Chrome. **TEMPLETT Is Running Slow Or Giving Me Trouble** Refresh your browser to clear your cache or change browsers.
