How do I download my files?

After your payment is confirmed, you can download your files from the “Purchases and Reviews” section of your Etsy account. If you have any trouble, feel free to message me.

However, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the original files, even with modifications. Selling the designs as new clipart, patterns, or digital resources is not allowed.

Do you accept refunds or returns?

Since my products are digital, I don’t offer refunds or returns. However, if there is any issue with your order, I’m always happy to help,just send me a message!

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, I do! If you have a special request or need something custom, just send me a message and I’ll do my best to create it for you.

What software do I need to use the clipart?

My PNG files work with most graphic software like Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, and Cricut Design Space. No special software is required to open them.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Yes, I sometimes offer special deals for bundle orders or repeat customers. Feel free to message me before purchasing, and I’ll let you know if a discount is available.

I downloaded a file but it’s empty or won’t open — what should I do?

Don’t worry! Sometimes ZIP files may not open properly on phones. Try using a desktop or file extractor. If the problem continues, message me and I’ll send the files manually.
