Custom and personalized orders

Custom-altered or personalized products, including items modified by request (such as adding extra holes to belts or custom sizing), are considered final sale and are non-refundable. Custom-made clothes are also not subject to return or exchange. Please review all details and measurements carefully before making your purchase.

All items include detailed measurements in both centimeters and inches within the product description. We highly recommend reviewing these measurements carefully and comparing them with an item you already own before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit. Returns/Exchanges due to size issues: If an item does not fit as expected and you wish to return or exchange it, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (both the return shipping and the cost to ship the replacement). Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee applies to cover platform costs. Custom-sized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return policy on sale or clearance items

Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or clearance event are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review all listing descriptions and measurements carefully before making your purchase.

Customs and import taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, all customs fees and tariffs are paid upfront (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP), meaning the price at checkout is final and there will be no extra charges upon arrival. For all other international destinations, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

What if my package is returned as unclaimed or incorrect address?

If a package is returned as "Unclaimed" or "Incorrect Address", the following applies: Reshipping: If you want the item shipped again, the buyer is responsible for covering the new shipping costs. Refunds: If you prefer a refund instead of reshipping, a partial refund will be issued for the price of the item only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the item's price to cover non-refundable platform listing fees, currency conversion variances, packaging, and handling costs incurred by the shop.

What if my tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it?

If the tracking information confirms that the package was successfully delivered to your address but you cannot find it, please check with family members, neighbors, or your local post office/courier. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the postal service, the shop is no longer legally responsible for it. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for stolen or missing mail that has been officially marked as delivered.

What if a courtesy reshipped package is returned again?

Subsequent Shipments: If an item was reshipped as a courtesy (free of charge) and is returned to me a second time as unclaimed, the actual shipping costs incurred for that second attempt will also be deducted from the final refund amount. Custom/Personalized Items: Please note that custom or personalized orders are completely non-refundable if they are returned to me as unclaimed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and keep an eye on the tracking information provided to avoid any delivery issues.
