How do I download my files?

The link to the download page will be in your receipt email. This email is automated by Etsy. Sometimes, there's a delay in receiving it. If you haven't received it in over 30 minutes, send me a message. If you have an Etsy account, you can also access your download by logging into your account. Go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases) and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Downloading on the app is not supported at this time. You must download from a computer or mobile browser. Your files will always be available for you to download, as often as you like.

I can't open the zip files / says I don't have permission

iPhone is glitchy sometimes when opening zip files. I suggest using a computer to unzip the files and then send the unzipped files to your phone.

How do I get the date widget color to match the theme?

Instructions for WIDGETSMITH app only: For solid colour themes: Tap Customize Theme > Background Color or Tint Color (text color) > Custom > Advanced Color Chooser. Enter the hex value. The hex values are in the description of each solid colour icon pack. For non-solid colour themes (e.g. themes with background designs): Some of my non-solid colour theme packs include blank widget photos with the background design that you can upload as the background image for widgets that allow a custom background image. Or- you could use the included wallpapers as backgrounds. You have to scroll down to PHOTOS rather than DATE, and use one of the date widgets there. Tap Selected Photo > Choose Photo and choose your photo.
