• Any Commercial use must: (i) be significantly different than the original Licensed Asset, (ii) require time, effort, and skill to produce and (iii) not derive its primary value from the Licensed Asset itself.
• Conditions for Commercial Use: a free Standard Licence is included with this purchase, allowing for up to 500 sales using this Licensed Asset. Further use require a license upgrade.
• The only situation you may sell the Licensed Asset unaltered are as physical printed stickers ONLY (digital stickers featuring unaltered artwork is NOT allowed).
• You CANNOT sell digital stickers, or any form of digital file, where the Licensed Asset is unaltered. The Licensed Asset must be incorporated into your own unique design, and not extractable.
• You cannot use the Licensed Asset to make new clipart, digital paper, or scrapbooking graphics etc (printed or digital) except for physically printed planner stickers.
• You cannot sell our artwork unaltered through Print-On-Demand sites (e.g. Zazzle, Spoonflower etc). It must be incorporated into your own unique design, and our artwork cannot provide the primary value.
• All copyrights remain with FRANCEillustration. You cannot claim/imply the Licensed Asset is your own.
• The Licensed Asset may not be used as part of a trademark/logo or similar use unless (1) the Licensed Asset is significantly altered and (2) not the predominant element of the End Use.
• You cannot attempt to register, protect, or enforce any trademark or similar rights of the Licensed Asset (consider this when making/selling logos).
• You cannot sell/swap/give away FRANCEillustration artwork files as-is, or altered.
• Resale or Sub-Licensing of the Licensed Asset or any modification of it in a way that is directly competitive with the original Artwork is strictly prohibited (e.g. as a stock asset or clipart).
• Use of the Licensed Asset in pornographic, fraudulent, immoral, infringing, illegal, harassing, offensive, or defamatory material, is strictly prohibited.
• Every effort is taken to preview and describe the artwork. Files are sold as shown/described. Alterations can be commissioned at extra cost.
• Due to the digital nature of the files all sales are final. In the event that files are not as stated we will rectify it, however we cannot provide troubleshooting for software/printing issues, nor provide refunds for software incompatibility. • All premade art comes with a Standard Commercial Licence, allowing credit-free use for up to 500 sales.  (Higher licences can be purchased in our “Commercial Licence” section)
• Use them to make your own unique designs, which you can then sell on mugs, t-shirts, bags, jewellery, stickers, fabric, invitations, websites, etc! 
• Use our Fashion Girl illustrations as your profile picture on Blogs, Insta, social media etc.

• You cannot sell the graphic as-is. It must: (i) be significantly different than the original graphic, (ii) require time, effort, and skill to produce and (iii) not derive its primary value from the original graphic. (Exception is fabric/small sticker printing).
 • You cannot sell digital files where the original graphic is unaltered, or the main feature. The graphic must be incorporated into your own unique design (see above), and not extractable. 
• You cannot sell our art unaltered on Print-On-Demand sites (e.g. Redbubble, Spoonflower etc).

Nope! As of January 2020 we have updated our Commercial Use policy. All premade artwork now comes with a FREE Standard Licence (value US$20). This allows you to sell up to 500 units using our artwork without having to provide credit!

If you plan to sell more than 500 units you will still need to purchase an extended Licence. Feel free to Etsy Convo me and I can help you decide which Licence will provide you the best value (or visit our "COMMERCIAL LICENCE" section in store).

All listings are (slowly) being updated to reflect our new policy change, so please ignore any listings that state credit must be provided. You no longer need to provide credit when using our art (but it is always appreciated!) x

Due to the digital nature of these files there are no refunds. We cannot “take back” a digital file once it has been downloaded.
