HOW IT WORKS:
-Choose your Mat color. (I'm alway happy to help with picking matboard colors. Just send me what photo you are thinking of using and let me know the color of the tail or mane.)
-Choose Plaque color (optional) *Don't forget to leave your personalization for the plaque, 3 lines only.
-Email your photo for us to print, JPEG or TIFF preferred. We have a high-end giclee printer to create the best images for you. Image size is 6x8. (For best quality send a 300 dpi file.) Overall Frame size is 13.5"x13.5" depth 2.25"
-Keep an eye out for a blue bubble mailer. After you pay for your order we will mail you a pre-paid empty envelope for you to send us your horse tail. Remember to replace the outer label with the pre-paid return label provided and seal the envelope closed, then leave it at your closest USPS location.
NOTE: Don't worry about washing or braiding it. We will do that for you.
**Send us your photo via Etsy messages OR email sarastuflick [!at] gmail.com. If we have not received your photo after a few days we will send you a separate email reminder.
Once completed you will not be able to open the memorial box it will be sealed with a dust cover on the back to keep everything clean and dust free.
