How do I Find my Download?

To access your digital file, go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and select your order, or use this link: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. Etsy does not allow downloads from the ETSY APP, so please try accessing it through a browser on your computer if you encounter any issues.

What if There is a Problem with My Order?

Please reach out to me if you encounter any issues with your order! I put a lot of care into each print and want to ensure you love your purchase as much as I do. If you are disappointed for any reason, please contact me so I can have the opportunity to make it right.

There are three options: – Print from your home printer. – Bring the file on a thumb drive to a local print shop. – Upload your file to an online printing service. If you have downloaded the file to your phone, you can either take your phone to a print shop to upload the file or upload it to an online printing service.

What Kind of Paper Do You Recommend?

Matte or satin paper are the best choices. Avoid glossy paper. If printing from home, use Epson Matte Presentation Paper or matte cardstock.

What is the PDF File?

This PDF contains a Dropbox link. Etsy limits shops to five file attachments, so for artwork with more than five files, I use Dropbox. Click the blue link in the PDF to access Dropbox. You do not need a Dropbox account to download the files.

Can you Email Me the Files?

No, the print files are too large to email. You must access Etsy through a browser to download your files. Do not use the Etsy app. Please use etsy.com/your/purchases in your device's browser.
