It started with Fresh picked Fig Leaves from our 7 year old Fig Tree, fermented with White Wine and processing with the Boerhaave method ensuring this vinegar has had a great start! Each day the liquid transferred between 2 jars half full of Fig leaves. And each day the aroma became stronger and stronger. This homemade vinegar is a true testament to a routine followed for 2 months!
And it was worth all that time 😁
