How long till my order ships?

My turnaround time varies depending on the season and holidays. Please see my shop announcement for the most current turnaround time.

Phone calls / phone orders

All sales, conversations, payments, and transactions must be completed through Etsy. New Yarn Creations does not accept phone orders or conduct transactions outside of Etsy.

I accept cancellations within 2 days of placing your order. I gladly accept exchanges if you contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as the shipping cost to send the replacement item. I do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

At this time, I do not offer local pickup. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, or you may choose the Priority Mail upgrade at checkout.

What happens if my package is returned to the sender?

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Once I receive the package back, I will provide a listing for the new shipping cost and reship the order once payment is received.

Professional Photographers

Professional photographers: Send me 3–4 professional photos of a baby or child wearing one of my items through an Etsy message, along with permission for me to use the photos on Etsy. If I am able to use the photos, you will receive a comparably priced item for free. If you receive a second item through this offer, you may send photos of that item as well to be considered for another free item.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. An address cannot be changed once an order has been shipped.
