I love this photo frame and it is exactly what I was looking for. It was packaged excellent but unfortunately, the glass broke during USPS shipping. Briana took care of the issue immediately and provided outstanding customer service. She was helpful and responsive from the original purchase all the way through getting the replacement. I’m very happy with both the product and Briana's care and will happily buy from this shop again!
