When will my items ship?

Please allow 1-2 Weeks for your items to ship from our print studio. Note: They will most likely ship faster than this, but we like to under promise and over deliver. Holidays tend to lean more towards 2 weeks and the rest of the time around 3-7 days. Thank you for your patience while we print your high quality items, just for you! Please note that we use different print providers for our items, so if you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately and you may receive more than one package and tracking number.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We custom-make each shirt (in the size of your choice) and print it just for YOU at the time of your purchase. Therefore, we have a no refund or exchange policy. However, our number one goal is to provide excellent service and excellent products. If you have an issue with your order, such as a defect, wrong item or printing error, please reach out to us so we can get this corrected! Simply provide us with a photo with the defect! We kindly ask that you carefully follow our size chart, provided to you in each listing, to ensure the correct sizing as we cannot issue a refund or exchange for the incorrect size.

How long is my item in transit with shipping?

We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times vary by location, typical times are 3-7 business days. We do not issue refunds or give replacements for orders when the tracking shows that your order has been delivered. You will need to contact your local post office with the tracking number and ask for a GPS scan that shows where the package was delivered. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! As soon as your item ships, you will receive a notification and email from Etsy with your tracking number. Please note: If you ordered more than one item, they may be shipped separately and you may receive more than one tracking number. This is because we use different print providers to fulfill our orders. We will follow up with you after the shipment has been delivered to make sure you are happy with your item (s).

How do I know my size?

All of our shirts are considered unisex, therefore if ordering your normal size they run slightly larger for women and more fitted for men. Women, if you want a more fitted look, please size down. If you are looking for the trendy oversized look, we suggest sizing up 2 sizes. Men, if you are looking for a more relaxed fit, size up. We include size charts with all of our listings. To get an accurate fit - measure one of your favorite tees or sweatshirts. Lay it flat on the ground and measure side to side (width) and neck line to hem (length).

Can I cancel an order I have already placed?

Your order goes into our printing queue as soon as you place your order. Once it's in the queue it cannot be pulled out. Therefore, we do not accept cancelations. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your business.

What kind of printing do you use?

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing for all apparel, which is Environmentally Safe! This is a printing method of printing full-color designs directly into the fabric using a specialized inkjet printer. The printer applies ink to the fabric in a thin layer, allowing for a detailed and vibrant design that is long-lasting and soft to the touch. Designs should not crack or peel. Please read and follow the care instructions provided with each listing so you can get the most value from your items. For Mugs, Tumblers and phone cases, we use Sublimation Printing. Ornaments are UV Printing Note: Colors of shirt & print may appear slightly different due to different computer monitor calibrations.
