How to order custom garments?

For Custom Orders, we will discuss all these details with you: - Choose Your Style: Select any style from our shop or provide your own design, such as photo references. - Select Your Fabric: Choose any fabric from our shop (most listed fabrics are still available). You can also let us know your preferences, such as colors, patterns, or prints, and I’ll check if we have anything similar in stock. Please note that we only offer 100% mulberry silk fabric unless otherwise specified. - Provide Your Measurements: I'll send you a guide to help simplify the measuring process. If you’d like any design modifications, please let us know as well. We will start the production once we confirm with all the details. Thank you again for your patience!

How does "tailored to fit" for every garment work in the shop?

Hi, please reach out to us before placing any order. Or if you already place your order, I will reach out to confirm your size (and provide a guide to simplify the measuring process) as well as discuss any modifications you might want, such as choosing a different fabric or making design changes. We'll adjust the size of each piece for you, while remaining it the same style as the model photos. After we finalize all the details, we’ll begin production.

How long is the shipping?

We're in partnership with DHL:) All shipping (worldwide) will take 2-5 business days. Please provide us with your contact phone number for delivery to receive the DHL sms shipping updates.

How long is the production process?

Production usually takes about 7 business days after we finalize all the details for your garment. I’ll notify you once your order is complete and ready to ship. Meanwhile, if you have any questions, please let us know:)

How can I choose different fabrics?

Most of the fabrics listed are available for customization, so you can choose a fabric from one garment style and use it for another. We also have additional fabrics in stock that may not be listed—please reach out if you have specific preferences regarding colors, patterns, or prints. I’m happy to advise on which fabrics work best for the styles you choose :) We exclusively offer 100% silk fabrics, with most being 100% mulberry silk that is naturally dyed mud silk and hua luo silk, unless otherwise specified.

How can I make any design modifications?

If you’d like any design modifications, such as changing a V-neck to a crew neck, selecting different buttons, making the garment reversible, adding an extra layer, etc., please let me know, we are happy to accommodate any design details modifications according to your wishes!:)
