Yes. We are happy to print a gift message on the packing slip with the order at no additional charge to you. Simply include this message in the “Note to seller” section at check out.

If I order today, how fast can I receive an order?

We pride ourselves in offering high quality products with a very quick turnaround time. Our current production time is 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) plus transit. Shipping method and transit times depend on your location. Most US customers receive their order around 2-3 days after shipment, on average. If you need an order sooner, we offer a rushed production upgrade that can be added to an order. To ensure your order ships as fast as possible, please make sure to include all details for customization in the notes section when checking out.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. We always do our best to keep prices as low as possible. We would be happy to discuss bulk pricing for large orders.

Can I make a change or cancel my order?

We always do our best to make and ship our custom items as quickly as possible. Due to the custom and permanent nature of each item, we are unable to offer cancellations or changes on orders once we have started the production process. We are happy to discuss changes if we are contacted within 6 hours of placing your order.

I entered the wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

Yes. If we are contacted before an order ships, we can usually update the shipping address. Once an order ships, we are no longer able to update the address or offer any forwarding services. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided, we are happy to reship it. However, the customer is responsible to the additional postage.

May I see a proof of my design?

Due to our high production volume, we are unable to offer proofs at this time. The proofing process can slow down production quite a bit, causing overdue orders. Please double check all customization before submitting an order. For larger bulk orders of 50+ items, we are happy to send over a proof before starting production. Thank you!

I absolutely love the jacket although, I do wish I got a bigger size. The jacket isn’t the best quality and runs very small. I am usually a small, I ordered a medium and that barely fits. the sleeves are too short and I got button them. It’s unfortunate, but the jacket itself is gorgeous. I appreciate the way they put the pearls on. Order two sizes up!

Got as a gift for my friend’s bridal shower and the embroidery is super high quality. The shipping was very fast for a custom item too. I sized up one size and feel like that was sufficient, I think two sizes up would have been for a very oversized and baggy look. Came exactly as described and I can’t wait to give it to her!
