Where is my SVG file?

Occasionally an SVG file converts to a chrome/explorer/html extension, however, the file still works. Your PC may be thinking that's the default program. If you see an icon that looks like an internet extension, please try this.

How do I unzip the zip folder?

Some orders will include a zipped folder. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder: Mac - Double click on the folder and it will open. PC - Press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select 'extract all' and then follow the instructions.

Where do I find my order after purchase?

To access your digital order with an Etsy account: 1) Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2) Go to Purchases and reviews. 3) Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If you do not have an Etsy account and/or purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Please note, currently downloads are not available through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.
