Absolutely! I ship HerosValor pieces worldwide from my workshop in Turkey. My reclaimed wood furniture has been successfully delivered to customers throughout North America and Europe. International shipping costs vary based on dimensions, weight, and destination, but I cover all shipping fees. Please note that any import duties or taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer. Your rustic furniture will be dispatched within 3-5 business days for destinations in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe. I carefully package each piece to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.

What finish do you use on your products?

Most of my products are colored with a thinner-based staining method that penetrates the wood while preserving its natural character. Especially for bathroom vanities, I coat products with natural oil for water resistance. This creates a durable protective layer while enhancing the natural wood grain. I can customize the color you want upon request - just message me with your preferences.

What type of wood do you use in your furniture?

At HerosValor, I primarily use solid chestnut wood for most of my rustic furniture pieces. This wood is selected for its beautiful grain pattern and exceptional durability. For select items, I incorporate reclaimed and recycled wood to enhance character and sustainability, staying true to the authentic farmhouse aesthetic my customers love.

Is the wood truly reclaimed/recycled?

Yes, I use genuine reclaimed wood in many of my products. These pieces have history and character that new wood simply can't replicate. Not all items contain reclaimed wood - some are crafted from new chestnut with my specialized rustic finishing techniques that give them that timeless, weathered look while maintaining structural integrity.

Are there variations in color/grain of the wood?

Yes, natural variations in wood grain, knots, and color are part of what makes each HerosValor piece unique and truly rustic. While I maintain consistency in overall appearance, no two pieces will be identical. It's an adorable little stool that is beautifully crafted. I'm grateful to the artisans for a lovely piece. Apparently, they build each to order, so the "get by" date is actually the ship date. Unlike many overseas shipments, this shipped quickly. I didn't expect to receive it a few days after it was sent! Thanks again, Veli and crew! And I'm sorry for my earlier confusion.
