Do I have to prepare model before painting?

Yes,just like models from other manufacturers and materials. 3d printed minis don't have moulding lines, but sometimes are marks after supports which are easy to fix with putty or even with basecoat only

Which glue should I use for resin models?

Cyanoacrylate/Super glue/other adhesive glue. Standard plastic glue doesn't work with resin

Are special tools required to prepare resin model?

No, standard hobby knife and file are enough

What to do if something from my orders is missing (model or part)?
