The seller communicated that the text we wanted on the hourglass was too long and who be smaller. We explained that if it was legible to the naked eye then move forward with production. So we took a gamble. Once the item around it was well packaged and absolutely beautiful. Perfect for our wedding. We will have to get our own color sand because the colors with it doesn’t match. But all and all it was good

Love this item! This was for my sand ceremony at my wedding and it looks exactly as pictured. I was blessed to get one of my wedding colors w/o asking lol, but I do wish it came with a funnel or something. Besides that, everything was awesome.

What a beautiful piece. Came quickly too
The seller was able to accommodate some additional requests. The packing of the hourglass was very secure and the piece arrived intact. Some of the wood pieces from the drilling of the hole fell into the hourglass which resulted in the sand not being able to flow through. I had to empty the sand out in order to remove the wood piece. But overall, a nice addition to an office space.
